Version 2026-06-01 · Classic Fit

These Terms govern your use of the Classic Fit corporate wellness platform (“Service”), operated by Classic Fit for employer-sponsored wellness programmes. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be invited by or affiliated with an organisation that has an active Classic Fit tenant account, or register using an approved company email domain. You must be at least 18 years old unless your employer permits otherwise in writing.

2. Wellness & fitness disclaimer

Classic Fit provides general wellness information, activity tracking, challenges, and optional AI-assisted suggestions. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition, or wellness programme. You assume all risks associated with physical activity. 3. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful, professional, and positive wellness engagement.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data or circumvent security controls.
  • Report inappropriate community content via in-app reporting tools.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. videos, comments, progress updates). You grant Classic Fit and your employer a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

5. Employer programmes

Where your employer sponsors access, your organisation may configure challenges, rewards, and reporting. Points, badges, and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated by your employer. Employers are responsible for their internal HR policies.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Access is typically provided through your employer. Where paid features apply, billing terms will be presented at purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected unless cancelled in accordance with applicable law. Refund eligibility depends on the billing channel and local consumer regulations.

7. AI features

AI-powered coaching and recommendations are informational only, may be inaccurate, and must not be relied upon for medical decisions. See the Health Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Fit is not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We or your employer may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion via profile settings or the mobile app privacy controls.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with support@classicfit.co.ke.
